A desktop app for macOS and Windows that syncs a PrestaShop shop locally: catalog, orders, picking, promotions and customers display instantly and can be edited in bulk, with a preview before writing and an undo. ### Which PrestaShop versions are compatible? PrestaShop 1.6, 1.7, 8 and 9, with the free psmanager module installed on the shop. The app detects what the version allows and hides the rest. ### How much does One Shop Manager cost? €299 excl. VAT once (€149 excl. VAT at the launch price, reserved for the first 100 licenses), for all your shops on 3 computers. One year of updates is included, then €69 excl. VAT per year if you wish. ### Is there a subscription? No. The license is perpetual; without renewing updates, you keep the last version received forever. ### How does the free trial work? 14 days, all features, no account or credit card. The remaining days are shown in the app; at the end, it is limited to the License screen and purchasing reactivates everything, with no data loss. ### Does it replace Store Commander? One Shop Manager covers bulk operations on the catalog, orders and promotions, including on PrestaShop 9. It is an app installed on your computer, paid once, not a module in the back office or a subscription. ### Does my data go through your servers? No. The app talks directly to your shop. Only the license check contacts our server, without transmitting anything from your catalog. Anonymous usage statistics (screens opened, types of operations, number of lines, never a product, a price or a customer) can be turned off in Settings. ### Where are my shop credentials kept? In the macOS Keychain or the Windows Credential Manager, never in plain text on the disk or on our servers. The AI assistant cannot read them. To change computers, the exported profile is encrypted with a password you choose. ### What if I manage several shops or have several computers? A single license covers all your shops, agencies and freelancers included, on 3 computers. A computer can be released from the customer account to activate another one. ### Can the AI assistant modify my shop? No, not directly. It reads the data copied to your computer and submits proposals. Nothing is written until you have opened the proposal, checked the preview and clicked Apply. ### Is PrestaShop's native multistore mode supported? Not in this version. One Shop Manager handles separate shops, each with its own installation. ### Can I work without an Internet connection? Yes. The app opens on the local data; changes wait in the send queue and go to the shop when the connection returns. Only taking payment in till mode requires the connection. ### Can I take payments in store with One Shop Manager? Yes. [Till mode](/en/features/prestashop-pos-till.md) sells over the counter on the shop's stock: scanning with a barcode scanner, discounts, multiple payments, receipt printed or sent by email.
