# One Shop Manager license

One Shop Manager is sold as a perpetual license: paid once, €299 excl. VAT (€149 excl. VAT at the launch price), for an unlimited number of shops on 3 computers. One year of updates is included; after that, renewal is optional (€69 excl. VAT per year) and the last version received remains usable forever.

## Free trial

- 14 days, all features, no account or credit card.
- The computer's trial starts at the first successful sync of a shop; the time spent installing the module is not counted.
- The remaining days are shown in the sidebar. At the end, the app is limited to the License screen; the data is not touched and purchasing reactivates everything.

## Buy

- From the app: **Buy** button. The Stripe payment opens in a window of the app (credit card or SEPA transfer); once the payment is confirmed, the app activates on its own.
- The license key is also sent by email and available in the [customer account](https://license.oneshopmanager.com/account). Invoice and VAT are automatic.
- 30-day money-back guarantee.

## Activate with a key

License screen, "I have a license key" card: paste the key (format `PSM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX`) then **Activate**.

## Computers

- 3 computers per license. To change computers, release the old computer from the customer account, then activate the key on the new one.

## Updates

- One year of updates is included with the purchase.
- After that, "Renew" extends by one year (€69 excl. VAT). Without renewal, versions released after the end of your updates require a renewal; those released before remain usable without limit.

## Frequently asked questions

### The app is locked even though my license has been reactivated
Re-enter the key in the License screen: a new token is requested from the server and the computer is unlocked. With no action, the computer unlocks on its own at most one hour after the reactivation (version 0.3.35 or later).

### What happens in the event of a refund?
A refund, like a payment dispute, revokes the license on all computers.
